Real life Takumi?

I was feeling random and bored one day, so I visited the arcade in Ipoh. Something familiar you'd see in the picture. You actually see this guy driving a Trueno, who's going faster and he's definitely more skilled than the Evo driver. Coincidence I guess? You'd decide
