Great Grandma's 95th Birthday

When your relative manages to live up to 9 1/2 decades, its something great to be remembered. This day is my great grandma's birthday. All relatives from the 1st generation of siblings to 5th generations of great grandchildren came today for this big day and event. Looking on these years, my great grandma still goes strong, even though my own grandmother has passed away back during World Cup 2002. Well, the turnout was good and you get to meet up relatives that you never knew before. What a great meet-up event!

McKleen Car Wash

Sometimes your car needs pampering. All those dirt, grease and tar that you collected from the road will smear the looks of your car. On my Fridays, I would just let the guys from McKleen to clean up my car, since its so hard to find parking around Sunway College area.

Why do I trust my car with them? Simple, these guys, despite hired foreigners, clean my car more properly than the Indian washers, a few hundred meters away, in the Esso station. They used good car shampoo, which probably some has heard before, Meguiars. Price? RM10, for students and its damn reasonable alright. The washers in Esso charges RM8 and does a terrible job at it. Look at the examples of what car patronises the shop? Anyways, its worth it. I just never had the money for go for a full wax and polish.

Tyre swap and alignment in Kee Hin

In KL, there is no shop that I trust in terms of tyre alignment except for this shop Kee Hin. This shop has been around as long as KFC has established a base in Malaysia. 30 over odd years! It has been a Michelin dealer since then and business kept expanding. I realised that I haven't swapped my tyre from back to front and vice versa for over 10,000km. Its vital to do it ever 7,000 to 10,000km, as it would evenly wear your tyres. So I was there and ask them to help me swap the tyres. Later on, I let them align the tyres back, so I can tackle corners properly and without and chances of losing grip and skidding. Putting the car on the computer, you could see how much it was off and now its all back in good shape. Price? RM30, well I have been a loyal customer.

Mercedes Benz 280E with nice number plates

Hardly, I get to see a double lettered, single digit number plate and I spotted one in Sunway area. Judging from the plate, it looks old and early, most likely as old as the Mercedes in the picture, maybe 20 odd years ago? Well, I guess that's why the number plate has been stuck to it since then and its driven by a guy who own's a probation license only! Well, kids are getting spoilt nowadays.
